I can't have soy and I am celiac. It is great to know there is a company out there that takes into consideration the needs of specialty items in the market. The flavor of the turkey is smooth, savory with a hint of sweetness. The only drawback is the price per ounce. It would be nice to have it come in larger bags like a 5oz or a 10oz and the cost savings on the packaging would be much better. Keep on doing what you do Prevail! You ROCK!
